1981 : Established the company under the name of Samui-Kanom Ferry Co., Ltd.”

1985 : The Company had changed the name from Samui-Kanom Ferry Co., Ltd. to be Samui Ferry Co., Ltd. to operate the business of ferry service for passengers and transportation.

2001 : The name of the company was changed to be “Asset Management Port of Donsak-Samui Co., Ltd.” to operate the business of ferry service and private wharf.

2007 : The Company has been prepared to enter into the Stock Exchange of Thailand and changed its name to be “Asset Management Port of Donsak-Samui PLC.”

2011 : The Company is changed its name once again to be “RAJA FERRY PORT PLC.” to reinforce the development and success of our potential in ferry service. The Company remains committed to ensure the customers on our services continuously.

Over the last 25 years, the Company has been continuously developed the service quality as well as the potential of the ferry service and business of the private wharf. Also the Company always considers to return the benefits to our customer.
Moreover, the service of the Company is certified by ISO9001 : 2008, this is to ensure that our service has efficiency and safe according to the international standard.

Also we are the owner of the 3 ports in Suratthani Province, Thailand, that is Port of Donsak, Port of Koh Samui and Port of Koh Phangan. We provide 3 route of service, they are Donsak-Koh Samui-Donsak and Donsak-Koh Phangan-Donsak.

Ship Type	05.08.2010 40th Don Sak Games Don Sak District Office cooperated with Surat Thani Provincial Administrative Council, Local Administrative Councils, and private sector,totaling 34 units, to organize 2010 Annual Students' and People's Sports Competition of Don Sak District, or the so-called "40th Don Sak Games" during August 4-6, 2010, at Phra Kitti MongKhon Phiphat Stadium, Don Sak District, Surat Thani Province. The organizing committee has invited representatives of Asset Management Port of Donsak-Samui Public Company Limited, the operator of Raja Ferry, as an adviser of the Annual Sports event. 15.09.2008 From Father's Day to Mother's Day in 116 days to build unity In order to enhance the unity among thai people , our company participated in the charity walk & run Marathorn in honor of their Majesties the King and Queen. 18.01.2007 Scholarship We realized  the importance of education. This is the foundation of national development. Therefore, We provide scholarships to poor children annually.
